NM FIESTA Project Training: Preparing for a New Placement

The NM FIESTA Project managed by All Faiths Children’s Advocacy Center focuses on creating a support system for all resource, kinship, and adoptive families in New Mexico through networking events, training, and connection to resources. Preparing to welcome children into our home is an exciting journey that comes with its own set of challenges. This training will provide 7 encouraging strategies to help us get ready, along with practical day-to-day tips for adjusting to the changes that will come our way. This training is inspired by Dr. Purvis’ 7 Insights & 7 Insights series, combined with real-life experiences and effective tools that truly make a difference.
