What should I bring to my Intake Appointment?
Bring your driver's license, insurance cards, any court orders and proof of legal custody.
What if I do not have access to a vehicle to get to my appointment?
All Faiths is located in the NE Hieghts off of several main bus routes. If you are insured through Medicaid you can also contact Saferide for transportation services.
What if I can’t make my appointment?
If you are running late or need to cancel an appointment, please call your All Faiths’ service provider as soon as possible. They will be able to reschedule your appointment.
What if you do not accept my insurance?
If All Faiths does not accept your insurance there is a possibility that you will still qualify for fee for service based upon your income. Schedule an appointment with our Intake Department to discuss payment options. All fee for service and co-pays are due prior to each appointment.
Do you only offer services for children that have experienced abuse/neglect?
Although the staff at All Faiths is specially trained to work with children and families who have experienced trauma, we offer services for children and families who are struggling with behavioral health issues stemming from bullying, divorce, parental mental illness and many others.
What volunteer opportunities do you have available?
At All Faiths we know we can’t do it alone! We have many volunteer opportunities available for our community. In some cases volunteers will need to go through a background check and finger printing prior to their volunteer activity. All Faiths accepts all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
