COMMUNITY BASED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES (CCSS)
CCSS is a recovery based program that provides behavioral health support by All Faiths’ Community Support Workers (CSWs) to children and youth in both the community and their homes. CSWs work with children, youth and their families in order to ensure that behavioral health needs are being met and work to support those involved in managing symptoms and behaviors in a developmentally informed and trauma sensitive way.
Community Support Workers (CSWs) at All Faiths assist with:
- Life skills teaching and coaching to address and manage symptoms and behaviors;
- Parent training as it relates to the child's behavioral health issues, trauma and healthy development;
- Connection with community resources and services;
- Support to ensure social/school/work/community success.
Children and youth must qualify for these intensive services based on current Human Services/Medicaid regulations. To see whether you qualify, please schedule an intake appointment by calling 505.271.0329.
